Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Heights Arts reserves the right to cancel classes if minimum registration is not met. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date and a full tuition refund will be given (membership is non-refundable.) No refunds will be issued after the second week of classes.
