Heights Arts Gallery is a project of Heights Arts, a nonprofit community arts organization founded in 2000. The gallery mission is to:
- Present significant art to the community
- Emphasize regional artists, with special attention to Heights artists
- Collaborate and foster collaboration among area artists and institutions
- Advance the arts and artists
- Stimulate wider art appreciation
The gallery presents six exhibitions a year, including an annual Holiday Store. A Gallery Committee curates the shows, sometimes inviting guest curators to create exhibitions. Unsolicited proposals that support the gallery mission are welcome.
To submit a proposal as a curator or an artist, please send an application form plus images (preferably digital on a CD that we may keep) to Heights Arts, 2163 Lee Road #104 , Cleveland Heights , Ohio 44118 .
The Gallery Committee reviews artist applications three times a year: March, June, and September. To be considered artists should have their submission in by the first of these months. Gallery specifications provided on request.
