    Thursday, August 12
    6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Coventry Fair on Coventry road with farmer's market, street performers, outdoor dining and sidewalk sale.
    Coventry Road will be closed to automobile traffic from Euclid Heights Boulevard to Mayfield Road for the fair.

    7:00 pm: Reggae with Carlos Jones and the PLUS Band


    Carlos Jones has been performing in Cleveland for over twenty years. Carlos was a former member of the Cleveland reggae bands I-TAL and First Light. The Peace, Love, Unity Syndicate (PLUS) was formed in 1994 by Carlos as a side project and the band continues to be a presence on the Cleveland music scene. They were recently voted "the Best Reggae/Ska Band in Northeast Ohio" by the Free Times and Scene Magazine readers' poll.

    Considering Lee Road: An Exhibition of Community Ideas and Plans
    Saturday, August 21
    Opening reception 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

    The exhibit will highlight approximately fifteen projects, both real and imagined, along the Lee Road corridor. The purpose of the exhibit is to show the public what planners, architects, students and everyday citizens have dreamed about for the Lee Road corridor. The projects to be showcased include several commercial storefront improvement projects; the Cleveland Heights-University Heights Library renovation; an addition to Church of the Savior; as well as residential developments. The layout of the exhibit is designed to solicit comments and suggestions from the viewers which will be compiled and published following the close of the exhibit.

    presented by FutureHeights, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and strengthening neighborhoods and commercial districts in Cleveland Heights and advocating for citizen participation in planning and development.
