the
Heights Thursday evenings all summer
long
Bluegrass Under the Arch at
Coventry
and Euclid
Heights Boulevard featuring departing Heights High
Instrumental Music Department Director Dr. Fred Mayer
on five-stringed viola and mandolin; Heights Guitar's
Greg Stiles on guitar; Ben Dewey on dobro; and Pete
Ambrosone on banjo.
Co-sponsored by the Coventry Village Library
Following the performance, join the community in
bidding Fred a fond farewell at FredFest at
Coventry School in the All-Purpose Room. For more

Every year, the Marilyn Bianchi Kids' Playwriting Festival
at Dobama
Theatre, the oldest festival of its kind in the United
States, accepts play
submissions from kids in grades 1-12. The festival is
open to all students
home-schooled or enrolled in Cuyahoga County public
and private schools.
Winners will be honored at the Benefit Night
performance.
