This national exhibition of artists working in metals is
presented as one of a series of special events held
during the Society
of North American Goldsmiths Conference in
Cleveland.

Coventry Street Fair & Farmers' Market
One of three planned this summer
Thursday, June 23
6 to 9 p.m.
Coventry Road will be closed to traffic between
Euclid Heights Boulevard and Mayfield Road three
times this summer for three Coventry Street Fairs &
Farmers' Market:
June 23, July 14, August 11
All other Thursday evenings, there will be music
Under the Arch with the Farmers' Market
in the Coventry Elementary School parkinglot.
This Thursday: On the south end of the
street
(Euclid Hts. Blvd.): 6-7 pm Ryann
Anderson instrumental guitarist playing
classical guitar melodies, riffs by artists such as Eric
Clapton and lively pieces by artists such as Bob
Marley 7-9 pm Annie E.
DeChant "Best of folk music with
introspective, personal songs" according to Harvey

On the north end of the street: Matt
Gerovac Singer/guitar player playing
groove/soul with a taste of funk, hip hop, soca,
calypso and African.
In the center: Michael Callaghan-
Cleveland's own Fuzion vocalist/guitarist brings his
straight from the heart sound to Coventry
Pat Tamburro-L'Accordeoniste playing
Argentine tangos, French musettes, swing, ragtime
and blues
Cabbage Creek-Acoustic duo playing
traditional and contemporary folk music including
fiddle/dance tunes, Civil War songs, bluegrass and
gospel on guitar, mandolin and mountain (lap)
dulcimer.

Saturday, June 25 at 9:00 pm.
Admission $10
The group features piano, saxophones, bass and 25
percussion instruments, creating the effect of a
drummer by moving around to the various
instruments.
The original compositions resonate like jazz,
classical and even a little rock with some world music
influence.
Because of their versatility, they have played in jazz
and rock clubs, along with museums and galleries.
Their CD "Zones" has aired on several nationally
syndicated radio programs in the U.S. and Canada.
Recent performances took place in Upper Arlington,
Ohio, at the Clark Art Institute in Williamstown,
Massachusetts. Kassaba also has an upcoming show
at
Kavehaz, a jazz club in New York City.
