Tommy's staff has the day off, and friends of Heights Arts wait tables and do the dishes. (Call 216.317.3344 or email pspaeth@heightsarts.org if you want to work a shift !) Thankfully, Tommy cooks pancakes and all the breakfast fixings and donates all proceeds to benefit Heights Arts.
