TAA is an affiliate group of the Cleveland Museum of Art. Its mission is to encourage and maintain interest in the textile arts, to enlarge the textile collection of the Cleveland Museum of Art, and to further the understanding and appreciation of textiles by offering lectures, workshops, and exhibitions.

It traces the emergence the art quilt as a medium and shows the central role Ohio artists played in its creation. The book will be available for purchase
