Cleveland Recycles

Laura Jackson put the tag name CLE on the map! Jackson is a local creative with a BFA in Graphic Design (7 credits shy:) from KSU. At 30 years old, Jackson reached her career goal as a Director of Computer Graphics/Multimedia within a NYC pharma ad agency named LLNS. Jackson started with a staff of two and grew to a staff of fifty. She built 24/7 print/web/photograpy/3D animation studios. LLNS became one of the top ten pharma ad agencies in the world.
In 2013 Jackson moved to Cleveland and started her business Cleveland Recycles creating durable recycled bags to create environmental change. As a designer researching the existing Cleveland logos,“CLE” was not spoken nor used. In 2014, Jackson designed/trademarked/launched her CLE Cleveland logo using the historic Terminal Tower and silkscreened it onto the recycled bags and sold the CLE bags at many CLE festivals. Today, people speak and use the tag name CLE due to Jackson’s trademarked CLE Cleveland logo.
