Ellen Eoff is a Cleveland Heights based artist. While she primarily works in watercolor, she also enjoys exploring other visual media. Inspired by her favorite literary works, favorite animals, and an effort to spark joy in the people she loves, she enjoys designing greeting cards and bookmarks as Jolly Colors.
