Deborah Pinter is a photographer and printmaker by practices. She received her BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art and her MA from a joint program from New York University and the International Center of Photography. In 2002 she worked on programing for an exhibition at the Akron Art Museum dealing with beads and textiles and she was hooked on the history of beads. Her fascination with glass beads led her to visits different bead stores and artist bead makers’ studios on her travels. This series of earrings were made using beads she purchased in London, England over the years.
