Rachael (she/her) is a dance educator / arts administrator with a passion for sharing the arts with others. She has worked with non-profits, private dance schools, community theaters, and universities throughout Northeast Ohio. As an educator, Rachael has taught dance for over 25 years to students of all ages, including two years as Visiting Faculty with The University of Akron’s Dance Program. As an administrator, Rachael worked as a dance studio Owner / Director for 10 years. She served as Director of Education at Fairmount Center for the Arts, and most recently as Manager of the Arts Preparatory Division at The University of Akron.

Rachael holds a M.A. in dance education from New York University and is a member of National Dance Education Organization.
