Laura Wiegand, aka Thrown Room Ceramic Studio, creates unique decorative objects and small batch functional pottery. Laura holds a BA in Studio Art from Wesleyan University and an MA in Art and Art Education from New York University. After a twenty year career in arts education and non-profit management, she turned her full attention back to art-making in 2021 and has never looked back! She lives in Shaker Heights with her husband and two children.
