Celebration of Spring tapas with Bob Sferra of Culinary Occasions

 

Five multi-course food events accompany our exhibition, At Table: Cleveland Culinaria, each planned by one of the participating culinary innovators. Attendees will enjoy a hearty array of small plates and craft cocktails, along with lively conversation with chefs, partnering visual artists, and poets in an intimate gallery setting.

Ticketed reservations for each event ($50 food & drink / $35 food only; Heights Arts members $40 food & drink / $25 food only) will be available online, at the gallery, and by phone to 216.371.3457 beginning Tuesday, February 9. Heights Arts gallery is wheelchair accessible. Advance ticket purchase is necessary as space is limited.

ABOUT BOB SFERRA

Bob Sferra is the chef/owner of Bob Sferra Culinary Occasions. A full-service catering business established in 2007 and The Culinary Occasions Shop located in South Euclid and opened in 2012.  Culinary Occasions’ philosophy is good food is created from great ingredients; with a sense of pride in the details and passion for the finished product; if it is growing in the garden or available at market it should be on the table!

The Culinary Occasions shop offers all-natural, gourmet retail desserts, special occasion and wedding cakes as well as serves as a platform to promote the catering division and host interactive cooking classes.

Bob also serves as a culinary instructor for Fresh Fork Market and Gervasi Vineyard; Culinary Occasions is the primary caterer for the Cleveland International Film Festival and Bob is Executive Chef/Consultant for Trevarrow, Incorporated—the Cleveland Wolf and Sub Zero Appliance Distributor.
