Scandinavian brunch with Bridget Thibeault of Luna Bakery and Café, and Noelle Celeste of Edible Cleveland.
Five multi-course food events accompany our exhibition, At Table: Cleveland Culinaria, each planned by one of the participating culinary innovators. Attendees will enjoy a hearty array of small plates and craft cocktails, along with lively conversation with chefs, partnering visual artists, and poets in an intimate gallery setting.

Inspired by the Scandinavian design of our brunch table, Luna Bakery Café will serve Semla, a sweet wheat cardamom bun filled with almond cream & whipped cream, Waffles with Lingonberry Jam, Deviled Egg with Pickled Red Onion, Potato Patty with Fried Mushrooms, and Smorrebrod, a Finnish-style rye bread with smoked trout salad, pickled radish & beet root.

Ticketed reservations for each event ($50 food & drink / $35 food only; Heights Arts members $40 food & drink / $25 food only) will be available online, at the gallery, and by phone to 216.371.3457 beginning Tuesday, February 9. Heights Arts gallery is wheelchair accessible. Advance ticket purchase is necessary as space is limited.

ABOUT BRIDGET THIBEAULT
Bridget Thibeault is chef/co-proprietor of Luna Bakery & Cafe, which opened in the Cedar-Fairmount neighborhood of Cleveland Heights in 2011. She has worked as a New York City food stylist, and culinary director in Chicago, Illinois, before returning to her hometown of Cleveland in 2006 to focus on her growing custom cake and dessert business, “Flour Girl.” In 2011, Luna Bakery & Cafe was opened by Thibeault, John Emerman, and Tatyana Rehn of The Stone Oven. She is also author of “Cupcake Decorating Lab.”
ABOUT NOELLE CELESTE
Edible Cleveland publisher Noelle Celeste is a Yale graduate who returned home to Northeast Ohio as a community organizer, development consultant and social entrepreneur. Her diverse breadth of work includes stints as one of City Year’s first Local Directors; Corporate Relations Director at ideastream; Director of Marketing & Community Relations at MOCA; regional marketing manager for the Film Festival; campaign manager for two countywide campaigns; and principal of her own consulting business. These days, when she’s not busy working on the magazine, Noelle enjoys discovering new local delicacies and supporting local artists and entrepreneurs.
