Jennifer Leach

Jennifer earned a BFA from Kent State University in Graphic Design and Illustration in 1988. She started a graphic design business creating books, annual reports, and other printed materials for Cleveland area businesses and non-profits. She published illustrations in the Plain Dealer and Northern Ohio Live magazine on an ongoing basis in addition to corporate and childrens publications. In 2010 Jennifer earned a Post Baccalaureate K-12 Visual Art teaching certification from Cleveland State University. She has taught art in a number of Cleveland area school systems including Shaker Heights, Orange, Bedford, and Cleveland. Jennifer is currently focusing on printmaking as art. Her work has been accepted into juried gallery shows in the region including the Erie Art Museum, the Butler Institute of American Art, Morgan Conservatory, Artists Archives of the Western Reserve and BayArts, and in NYC at Manhattan Graphics Center. She also serves on the boards of the Print Club of Cleveland (Cleveland Museum of Art friends group) and Shaker Community Gallery. Jennifer lives and works in Cleveland Heights with her husband Ray. They have two daughters, Hannah and Audrey.
