I grew up in Cleveland Heights, loved art as a child and went into the art of medicine and raising my 2 children while working in a busy pediatric practice. After my sons left home, I was able to finally learn to throw on the wheel. I fell in love with working with my hands, the feel of clay and its plasticity, creating useful objects with some whimsy. While i am still working, i find respite in the pottery studio among other creative people.
