Layla Davis-Branner (b.2003) is a Black female sculptor residing in Northeast Ohio. Using a range of materials, Layla’s work often refl ects her fears and the complexity of the human experience. Graduating from the University of Akron (2025) with a BFA in Sculpture, Layla has exhibited work at the Akron Art Museum, Myers School of Art, Cleveland Institute of Art, Kink Contemporary, Avant Garden at Bounce Innovation Hub, Curated Storefront, Valley Arts Center, and the James A. Rhodes State Offi ce Tower and the Valley Arts Center.
