Random Acts of Art

Below is a collection of submissions to Heights Arts’ Random Acts of Art initiative in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

About Random Acts of Art:

The Heights Arts “Random Acts of Art” project is an opportunity to showcase the work of artists, musicians and poets in Cuyahoga County. Using social media and our website, Heights Arts will present the submitted work in digital format beginning in April 2020. We will share both our Heights Arts programming and also accept and host artists’ digital images and videos or at-home or at-studio visits, and will consider any relevant type of work that can be shared through our channels.

The goal of this project is to continue Heights Arts mission of celebrating our region’s literary, musical, and visual artists, and share their contributions with the community, despite the current restrictions on public gatherings. Because our capacity is limited during this time, we cannot guarantee that all submissions will be showcased, but will do our best to continue promoting artists and their work to the best of our ability. Initial preference will be with artists, musicians and poets who have already worked with us or who have been contracted to do programming which has been postponed or canceled due to the pandemic.
