Fencepiration is a temporary community public art project under the creative oversight of Heights Arts artist-in-residence Carol Hummel.  The project creates a visual line of color and pattern in the Cedar Lee and Larchmere business districts (cities of Cleveland Heights and Cleveland) with parking meter poles and selected trees being covered by colorful knitted and crocheted sheathes.
