Ungallery is not your typical exhibition, it’s a bold, boundary-pushing showcase of work that defies expectation. Featuring experimental, unconventional, and unapologetically daring pieces, Ungallery celebrates forms of creativity often overlooked by traditional spaces. Participating artists include Leigh Brooklyn, Leo Covault, Mary Defer, Jake Kelly, Nate Puppets, Marcus Schafer, and Jordan Alexander Wood. Together, their work challenges, surprises, and invites you to experience art without limits.
In the Spotlight, photographer Jeneen Hobby presents a powerful body of work grounded in the belief that “a photograph is a joint operation of the eye, the brain, and the heart,” echoing Henri Cartier-Bresson. For Hobby, light is her medium and vision is her technique. She creates by being deeply attentive, approaching each subject from a singular angle shaped by her history, mood, thoughts, and motivation. Releasing the shutter becomes an act of communication: an invitation to witness what exists, to step closer, to enter the frame. Her work is not just seen, it is experienced.
Join us for an evening of conversation, connection, and courageous creativity. Meet the artists, engage with the work, and be part of what promises to be a vibrant, well-attended celebration of contemporary art. This is more than an opening, it’s an experience.
