FutureHeights‘s Heights Community Development Alliance Program (HCDA) contracted with students of the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University this spring on a Market Study of the Cedar Lee area. As part of the capstone class of the Urban Studies Program at CSU, the students are studying the business district and considering a number of topics including parking, safety, retail mix and redevelopment/infill opportunities. The students will present their completed study to the community on Monday, May 9 from 4-6 p.m. at the Cedar Lee Theatre. Everyone is welcome to attend.
