I am a self-taught, environmentally conscious, collagist. My medium is primarily magazines, but I also incorporate plastic packaging, tissue paper, buttons, zippers, etc. into my artwork. I use anything that can be integrated into a 2-dimensional collage that adds texture, color, and interest and keeps trash out of the landfill.
My art is inspired by the fauna and flora of my adopted home of Northeast Ohio.
I create my limited edition giclée prints using a high-resolution scan, pigment-based inks, and high-quality archival paper. My cards and gift tags are reproduced from my original collages.
