Close Encounters Concert 4 Open Rehearsal

In preparation for the Close Encounters concert on Sunday, April 14th, this open rehearsal will feature pieces by Frédéric Chopin and Sergei Rachmaninov. Hear Cleveland Orchestra member Dane Johansen, cello, and pianist Dan Overly as they practice and prepare; these open rehearsals present a new and rare opportunity to glimpse the process of preparing a Close Encounters performance. This one-of-a-kind experience is not only educational but provides a deeper understanding of how a performance is put together by some of the world’s best musicians.
