RFP – Barriers to Art Survey/Research Project

Heights Arts is looking to contract with a survey design and implementation firm to help us uncover barriers to both artists and community members in having meaningful exchanges through art. The goal is to help identify how best to center our work on community needs, enabling us to pivot our mission if necessary.  We anticipate that this work would consist of two separate survey instruments, one for artists and one for community members. This RFP process is being conducted by the Heights Arts Re-Imagination Task Force and a final recommendation will be developed by this Task Force and submitted for approval to the Heights Arts Board of Directors.

RFP Timeline (subject to change)

  • November 22: RFP Submission Due (using the application link)
  • Week of December 7: Task Force to meet and review proposals, identify finalists
  • January 20, 2021, 6-8pm: Finalists interviews with Task Force (via Zoom)
  • Week of January 25: Reference calls with finalist-provided references
  • Week of February 1: Decision made and communicated to all finalists
